Shipping policy

We offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your item was not delivered or has been lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Once the package has left our possession, we are unable to resolve carrier-related issues.
